Hmm... Bart is better hand-to-hand, but Cartman is a straight-up psychopath.

Bart is quicker and faster, but Cartman is bigger and stronger...

Could go either way.

Bart may be more physically capable but Cartman is a fucking psychopath. If you look at their actions aloone Cartman would probably feed maggie to bart before killing him

Cartman 100%. Barts more fit, but wouldn't be as quick to kill as Cartman. Bart, despite for being a bad boy, is quite the opposite.
